Job Description:

Mohammadi Group is seeking a Sr. Executive (Agriculture) with 3 to 4 years of experience in the agro and plant industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture and have relevant industry experience. This role requires overseeing agricultural projects across Bangladesh and managing all related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage agricultural projects across all plants in Bangladesh, ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective plant cultivation, seed production, and tea plant management.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for development, innovation, and improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and financial outcomes.
• Always updated with new agricultural technologies and methodologies
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of objectives.
• Any other task assigns by management.
