Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of managing Support Staff (SS) Service Operations independently involving caretaking, security, fire safety, cleaning, plumbing, electro-mechanical, etc.
∎ Evaluating SS Operations’ visit/ monitoring report, finding the lacking/ gaps in the visits of Security Officers (SO), Executives and Managers, and initiating corrective measures.
∎ Capable of sourcing and recruiting SS, providing uniform/ dress mgt, conducting training and visiting projects day and night in any weather condition.
∎ Preparing salary after deducting penalties/ cutting and disbursing through EFT.
∎ Must have strong command/ skill over Excel, PPT, Word and modern comm/ computer applications.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority.

∎ Minimum 5- year experience in Security and Fire Safety Operations in the Real Estate Development Sector.
