• Strong experience in Steel Structure building BOQ preparation and cost estimation.

• Sound knowledge of structural drawings, materials, and fabrication processes.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Perform detailed material take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and heavy structural steel projects, including fabrication, erection, and finishing costs.

• Analyze documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications to prepare competitive bid proposals.

• Suggest cost-effective alternatives in design or material selection without compromising structural integrity.

• Maintain an updated database of raw material prices (steel plates, sections, nuts/bolts) and labor rates.

• Coordinate with the Design and Procurement departments to ensure alignment between estimated costs and actual project execution.
