Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise and ensure quality standards in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production process.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation, reports, and records for audits and management review.
- Train and guide junior engineers and QC inspectors to enhance team capability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product reliability.
- Support customer audits and address quality-related concerns.
