• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Boiler Act, DOE, Electrical Safety Rules, Fire Safety Code).
• Ensure compliance with RSC/Nirapan 2.0, 90 Days Report for safety issue.
• Maintain licenses and statutory compliance (Boiler license, Generator, ETP, DOE/Environmental authority approvals, stack emission tests, etc.
• Lead the entire maintenance department and ensure smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum efficiency of production equipment through proactive maintenance.
• Supervise and guide the maintenance team (Electrical,mechanical and Utility) in day-to-day activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Plan and oversee shutdown maintenance, overhauls, and machine upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with operational requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and performance reports.
• Lead and train maintenance teams to build technical skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of machine history, maintenance logs, and daily service reports.
• Implement safety standards and ensure all machines meet compliance requirements (Accord/RSC/DIFE).
• Maintain air compressors, vacuum pumps, and other utility equipment that support printing & accessories operations.
• Good Knowledge About Offset Printing, Chest Printing Lebel Printing Machine, Poly Machineries service and Maintenance.
• Coordinate with utility teams for uninterrupted supply of compressed air, power, and water for machinery operations.
