• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.

• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.

• Assist in manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and perform civil estimations for accurate budgeting.

• Check construction bills to ensure that all details are correct and compliant with project specifications.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with project managers for day-to-day site operations and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulatory and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.

• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

• Handle project risks and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

• Prepare and review reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and budgets.
