Job Context:

∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and self driven Sr. Counselor who is fluent in English and has good communication skills. Candidates are expected to advise and guide potential students towards successfully completing their University Application with Optimus Education and Visa Services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of Optimus partner Universities and Pre-University Programs
∎ Advice and counseling to students on their higher education opportunities abroad.
∎ Assisting students with the application process.
∎ Communicate with students and gather their required documents for the visa application.
∎ Review and verify that the documents received from the students are in the correct order.
∎ Coordinate with the internal application and visa department to ensure the correct application of students.
∎ Proactively assist prospective students by providing program information and responding to questions.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relations and confidentiality.
∎ Ensure target audience engagement through social media sites, web sites and live sessions.
∎ Track and properly respond to enquiries on social media sites.

∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, you should be able to understand the individual needs of prospective clients.
∎ Understand the emotional challenges students face in applying and anxiety about the results.
∎ Preferably lives in or around Gulshan ,Badda, Mohakhali for easier communication
