∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Phone Counselling & Lead Conversion
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads and inquiries.
∎ Provide initial counselling and information about study abroad opportunities.
∎ Convince and encourage students to visit the office for in-depth guidance.
∎ Follow up with undecided leads to convert them into walk-ins.
∎ Student Assessment & Guidance
∎ Understand students’ academic background, goals, and preferences.
∎ Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
∎ University & Course Advice
∎ Provide updated information on tuition fees, programs, and entry requirements.
∎ Help students make informed decisions based on their profiles.
∎ Application Process Assistance
∎ Guide students in preparing and submitting applications, SOPs, LORs, etc.
∎ Visa Counselling
∎ Assist with student visa processes, documentation, and mock interviews.
∎ Pre-Departure Support
∎ Help students with travel, accommodation, insurance, and post-arrival guidance.
∎ CRM & Documentation Management
∎ Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
∎ Marketing & Outreach
∎ Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and campaigns as needed.
