∎ 1+ years of experience in front desk, customer service, or receptionist role preferred.
∎ Freshers with a pleasant personality and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command of Bangla and English (spoken and written).
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer usage.
∎ Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
∎ Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

∎ Greet and assist walk-in clients, students, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
∎ Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or counsellor.
∎ Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
∎ Provide basic information about services, documents required, and application processes.
∎ Schedule appointments and manage the counsellors’ consultation calendar.
∎ Receive and manage incoming/outgoing documents, mail, and courier packages.
∎ Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper client data entry.
∎ Assist the admin and counselling team with documentation and coordination tasks.
