Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Master in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with Bank, and Corresponding with Bank top to manager level, Banking with regional office, Circle/GM office, Industrial credit office (ICD), Up to DMD level.
∎ Manage all Commercial Activities (e.g PI issuing, LC Opening, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers & sellers, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone & email.
∎ Experience in Manufacturing Industry, Customs & (C&F) related works, NBR issues & all Customs related issues.
∎ Perform Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Experience to preparing all import documents, L/C Processes & amendment and checking LC terms and conditions on time.
∎ To arrange approval for LC/TT/Import approval permission copy from the concerned Bank.
∎ To Collect the LC & TT from Bank from the Finance & Trade department.
∎ To establish communication between foreign suppliers and banks (Bangladesh & Abroad) for LC/TT establish, transactions, payment & reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in heavy industries (Chemical, Lime Stone, Cement, Pharmaceutical, Steel)
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Conversant in MS-Office & Excel.
∎ Excellent analytical ability
∎ Computer literate and basic Math skills.
