Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ For Tec. Auditor required is B.Sc in Textile is Allowed.
∎ MBA in Accounting/ Finance/ M.Com with CA (CC).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
As an Auditor in textile Knitting dyeing with Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up daily Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Production as per work order.
∎ To check the daily production and revenue as per work order.
∎ To follow the daily batching and Batch qty. as per fabric booking sheet.
∎ To follow up batching as per programmed (Dyeing Planning).
∎ To Check and report Daily and Monthly batch report as per buyer order wise.
∎ To check daily dyeline as per Lab recipe & dyeing Operations.
∎ To prepare monthly report on Dyeing production, chemical cost & consumption, monthly
∎ Stock & Inventory report.
∎ To Audit on Monthly on Dyes & chemicals Received, Issued & Stock Report at Sub Store & central Store.
∎ To find out and report on Daily & Monthly Dyeing Re-Processed Report ( Rewash ,Topping & Re-dyeing) and reason for this Re-process.
∎ To report the Order Closing end of the Shipment (From Yarn to Finishing).
∎ To check Water liquor Ratio and water consumption per kg/Batch.
∎ To Check the fabric process loss batch wise and find out process loss after order closing as per work order.
∎ To Check and find out daily and monthly dyes & chemicals dossing% on Used.
∎ To Check & Verify the Requisition & purchase of m/c spare parts by physically
∎ To find out fault of the dyeing process & processing wastage.
∎ To find out Knitting Fault, Dyeing fault and reason this fault.
∎ To find out M/C wise productivity & efficiency.
∎ To check the work order as per costing sheet.
∎ Work with various business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
∎ To develop a follow up process to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions for deficiency.
∎ Preparation of detailed audit plan time to time and evaluation of the program with findings.
∎ Identify the problems and report to the Top management timely.
∎ Prepare different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of the top management.
∎ Preparation & submission of statement as per requirement of Top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honesty & loyalty is a big preference here.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Modern System Adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required.
