∎ In-depth knowledge of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and bonded warehousing.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire commercial operations of the group, including import, export, customs, bond, and logistics, VAT, Tax, EXP, Export realization, etc.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to export and import activities.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Manage relationships with buyers, suppliers, shipping lines, C&F agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations & smooth supply chain.
∎ Lead, train, and mentor the commercial team to achieve company goals and targets/ensure effective communication.
∎ Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with key stakeholders.
∎ Ensure timely clearance of goods, proper documentation, and adherence to all legal requirements.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Finance, Audit and Marketing to ensure alignment and efficiency.
∎ Liaison with banks, bond customs, ERP, BGMEA, VAT office & all other.
