∎ Academic and Professional Qualifications Required:
∎ • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
∎ • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in managing building systems in an apparel industry environment.
∎ Work Experience Required:
∎ • Strong knowledge of building and utility maintenance, toilet maintenance, plumbing systems, tiles, compressor, boiler, generator and electrics related to building and utility systems.
∎ • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
∎ • Excellent coordinating, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including generator, compressor, boiler, plumbing & sanitation, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity.
∎ • Schedule and coordinate regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
∎ • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
∎ • Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ • List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ • Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ • Ensure the smooth function of maintenance services.
∎ • Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ • Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
