Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing as Corporate Recruitment In-charge (CRi).
∎ Having in-depth knowledge on Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions Analysis, Competancy Framework, Succession Planning, and Performance Management System.
∎ Follow-up Performance Management System for all Staff and Management Personnel in the Head Office.
∎ Issue Office Note, Memo, Office Order & Circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Follow-up Appointment Processing, Orientation/ Induction, Exit Interview.
∎ Ensure Transfer, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Confirmation related works.
∎ To develop, upgrade, and implement HR Policies, Guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary Action & conduct Departmental Inquiry & Grievance.
∎ Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Assist in the Recruitment and Selection Process.
∎ Perform employee Confirmation, Promotions, Termination, etc. and maintenance in HRIS.
∎ Assist in the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
∎ Negotiate or resolve daily problems among Staff on Administrative Issues.
∎ Ensuring Administrative Policy and Procedure for smooth running in the Head Office.
∎ Coordinate Office Activities and Operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
∎ Assist in preparing Reports, Presentations, and other documents as needed.
∎ Oversee the Housekeeping of the Company.
∎ Day-to-day administrative support.
∎ Various reports of HR & Administrative Works.
∎ Supervise Office Hygiene, Security, Canteen and Office Supply related tasks. Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ HR Responsibilities:
