Job Context:

As an interior designer with 8-10 years of experience, you`ll lead in creating captivating spaces blending functionality with aesthetics. Collaborating closely with project engineers, you`ll ensure seamless implementation while overseeing quality at construction sites. Your creativity will shine in conceptualizing interior layouts and enhancing landscapes. With a focus on communication and coordination, you`ll engage top-quality vendors to exceed client expectations. Staying updated with industry trends and technologies will fuel your innovative designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client needs.

• Coordinate with project engineers and implement the work.

• Interior and exterior design for commercial and apartment buildings.

• Landscape design for the building.

• Ensure the quality of work at sites as well as the speed of implementation.

• Inspect that both the speed and quality of the work are implemented at the sites.

• Ensure the best quality vendors and suppliers to get the best interior output.

• Create detailed drawings and presentations to communicate the design idea.

• Choose fixtures, furniture, finishes, and materials that meet the design concept and quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture and interior design.
