Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA Major in Accounting from reputed public or private university
∎ CA (CC), ACCA, CA part-qualified will get priority
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in both English and Bangla
∎ Skills Required: Quickbooks, Tally ERP 9, xero
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep tracks of Accounts payable & Receivable and regular reporting
∎ Maintain cash book, and ledger
∎ Summarizing current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports
∎ Maintain accounting software and accounts-related documents such as Cheque register, Stock register, Salary, Fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation etc.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day company Financial and Accounts operations
∎ Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation
∎ Keep up to-date all accounting entry in software
∎ Maintaining liaisons with high officials of Tax, VAT, and RJSC & BOI
∎ Necessary quarterly & annual reporting for Tax, RJSC, FDI, Audit report and others
∎ Knowledge on process costing with variance analysis, Income tax, Budget etc.
∎ Can use accounting software like Tally/ERP-9/Xero/QuickBooks
∎ Necessary books & records keeping with reconciliation
∎ To maintain petty cash and keep up-to-date records. Maintain debit and credit vouchers
∎ Preparing, generating, and managing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly Finance & Accounts reports
∎ Preparing Financial Statement with IAS & IFRS
∎ VAT & Tax related activities with return submission
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 6 year(s) of work experience is must
∎ Must have previous work experience in a manufacturing company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Software(s):Tally/ERP-9/Quick book/Xero
∎ Fluent in English speaking
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
