∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find software bugs/problems, analyzing in details level, bug reporting and follow up the reported bugs.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation which includes test cases, feature workflow diagrams, checklists, test reports, release notes and system support materials.
∎ Understand the task requirements clearly, estimate testing time, finding dependencies and conflicts between tasks.
∎ Able to express thoughts/concept clearly and come up with ideas on improving ongoing process.
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development team to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎ Good understanding of SQA best practices and follow those for the outcome of a quality product.
∎ Implement application in client end and provide initial training to the end users.
∎ Communicate clearly and accurately with clients regarding the status of their reported issues.
∎ Work closely with the product management team to share insights around customer reported issues, prioritize bugs and enhancement requests, and provide input on release planning.
∎ Contribute to a team effort to provide 24 x 7 x 365 coverage for clients, partners and internal team(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to visualize real-time business situations and scenarios.
∎ Able to work in a multinational team environment.
∎ Consistent in analyzing and solving complex, multi-step problems.
∎ Should think like client and interest in testing software in different way.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Confident and outgoing personality.
∎ Programming skills is an added advantage.
∎ Experience with familiar Automated Testing Tools (such as Selenium etc.) for both functional and non-functional testing is a plus.
