∎ Must have standard Bangla pronunciation
∎ Fluent English speakers will be prioritized

∎ 1. Conduct Classes :Focused on spoken English and IELTS exam preparation, including all four components—listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
∎ 2. Lesson Planning: Design and develop customized lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of students with varying proficiency levels
∎ 3. Mock Tests & Assessments: Organize regular mock IELTS tests and spoken English assessments to monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
∎ 4. Student Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate individual progress and provide personalized guidance to improve their language skills.
∎ 5. Classroom Management: Teachers must maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building.
∎ 6. Provide Study Resources: Recommend study materials and resources to help students enhance their learning outside the classroom.
∎ 7. Counseling & Guidance: Offer one-on-one counseling to help students identify areas for improvement and strategize to meet their language goals.
∎ 8. Update Curriculum: Keep the teaching material updated with the latest IELTS exam format and trends in spoken English training.
