Experience:
B.Sc in Civil Engineering or other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution.

Strong analytical and research skills to support evidence-based decision-making.
Technical and supervisory skills in implementing and overseeing resilient infrastructure.
Effective communication and reporting skills for proposals, reports, and advocacy.
Coordination and stakeholder engagement skills for cross-programme and external collaboration
Knowledge of climate-resilient infrastructure design, implementation.
Understanding of climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and their link to sustainable infrastructure.
Knowledge of programme and project management approaches, including planning, implementation.
Practical understanding of community engagement and participatory approaches in field implementation.
Knowledge of cross-programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building with government, donors, and communities.
Ability to draft reports, concept papers, proposals, MoUs, ToRs, and other programme-related documents.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 05 years of work experience. Work experience should majorly include experience in the field of infrastructure development focusing Climate Change or any relevant experience.

Job Purpose
This is a contractual position responsible for overall field implementation of Climate Change Programme (CCP), resilient infrastructure both at community and household level including capturing and sharing knowledge on climate resilience, disseminating information about major progress on resilience initiative and results of the programme.
