∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airlines, Aviation Industry Preferable, CARGO, GSA, IATA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Freight forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve annual revenue and tonnage target as per the forecast for individual entities through proper guidance
∎ Develop new business opportunities/products for KLM/AF complementing the country cargo business
∎ Actively coordination with the AF/KLM HQ on different business development & service issues
∎ Enhance Company's Exposure and participation to Global forwarders whilst maximizing Group's Cargo presence in the market
∎ Overall Supervision of sales and operation, customer service of KLM/AF
∎ Prepare fortnightly sales report covering revenue, yield and do the analysis against monthly target
∎ Ensure weekly target of sales that align with budgeted sales for the companies by management
∎ Make weekly, monthly report of performance whenever necessary
∎ Procurement of cargo by offering rates/services from the agents
∎ Take space allocation from carriers and properly distributed the same among the different agents within time frame
∎ Train and build up sales and operation people.
∎ Supervise continuously monitor daily cargo movement with transit points and destinations
∎ Search for new gate-ways for more cargo departure on time and on time response to overseas counter
∎ Send/respond to operational, service procedure, service failure, sales messages without making delay
∎ Monitoring each and every shipment after forwarding until deliver to the consignee
∎ Attend sales call to agents/forwarders frequently (weekly 2 or 3 times) to generate more sales for companies
∎ Responsibility for overall supervision from operations and customer service points of view
∎ Continuously monitor to get freight amounts from the walking customer
∎ Assist in obtaining C & F certificate/encashment certificate from shippers/agents for BB purpose
∎ Gather market intelligence, and make competitor analysis of the market.
∎ Help management team for bidding new business by providing necessary market information.
∎ Set up team and workflow for new airline under the unit.
∎ Other assigned work as assigned by the supervisor time to time

∎ Team player with strong English communication skills for effective interaction with GSA principals and partners
∎ Able to build a good deputy to work independent during his absence
