∎ For the team of our "Sustainability in the Textile and Leather Sector, STILE", we seek applications for the position "Specialist- Organization Development and Management Advice".
∎ This position is focused on the areas Occupational Safety and Health and Labour Law.
∎ Contract Duration: 30 June 2024
∎ Band: 4

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position holder is responsible for:
∎
∎ managing an area of responsibility that forms part of the programme objectives, team agreements and/or agreements with the superior
∎ assisting project/programme initiatives to provide professional advisory services to and cooperate with a broad range of target groups
∎ advise supervisor on all task when implementing GIZ rules and regulation
∎ advise supervisor in the field of project's planning, steering and monitoring
∎ Independently implement goals and requirements set by the line manager
∎ make decisions which have a short-term effect within a limited project area/ unit
∎ assist supervisor to identify day to day problem and suggest appropriate solution
∎ Tasks
∎
∎ Coordinate the work processes from the project with the Department for Factories & Establishments (DIFE) and other stakeholders (ILO, Danish Embassy, Department of Labor)
∎ Steering the implementation and knowledge management process within the project for the Output related to this position
∎ Ensure proper implementation of the content and competence framework of the National Occupational Health and Safety Training and Research Institute (NOHSTRI) as per the plans of the Department for Factories & Establishments (DIFE)
∎ Ensure implementation of a digital transformation process in alignment with the project activities within the project partners structure (MoLE, DIFE, etc)
∎ Support the partners for adopting a structured approach towards digitization, including advisory services on organizational development
∎ Contributing adoption of data driven decision making process within the partner structure
∎ Ensure digital solution supported by GIZ - adhere and comply with the local regulations and the EU data protection law
∎ Generate data for populating the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the projects in the concerned outputs

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years in relevant occupational experience
∎ 2 years in project implementation
∎ Experience in communication with authorities or representing a company or organization
∎ Other knowledge, additional competences
∎
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and must be a strong team player
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency in English is essential
∎ Knowledge of German Language is an asset
∎ Ability to work in an intercultural environment
