Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative research and data validation and analysis.
  • Proficient in using Excel, SPSS, STATA and other statistical analysis software
  • Excellent writing skills for quantitative and qualitative reports


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design and build the result base monitoring framework including guideline and monitoring tools

  • Promote all aspects of MEAL to support the creation of an organisational culture that prioritizes quality programming

  • Support design and implementation of systems to collect and analyze program performance data for evidence-based programming decisions

  • Contribute to planning, monitoring & evaluation of project activities and ensure timeliness of quality data

  • Monitor the program performance on selected indicators and based on the project expected result and outcome

  • Update for set indicators and collect all research including external baseline, mid-term and final evaluation for finding the project’s impact

  • Carry out monitoring data analysis and deliver quality and timely production of M&E information Products in line with field visits and requirements

  • Develop capacity of project and partner staff and, where relevant, external stakeholders, to play an effective role in the data validation processes

  • Frequent field visit to monitor the field activities

Safeguarding Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. 

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
