Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the various categories, design and implement the categories including lines, products, and brands with continuous improvement.
∎ Managing P&L statements for the relevant categories in alignment with business goals
∎ Oversee all Demand Planning activities across the company.
∎ Drive marketplace growth of categories assigned, keeping in mind the consumer and the completion.
∎ Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
∎ Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to the production team for use in the demand review meetings
∎ Build and drive relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and quality of services, evaluate vendor performance on delivery metrics and take corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for merchandising, assortment planning, option planning, pre-season, and in-season to ensure representation of the category.
∎ Become a leader in category ranging, pricing, and promotions across channels
∎ Lead category management projects to optimize ranges and related merchandising
∎ Managing budget development and revenue for the category
∎ Understand the consumers and work with Marketing to create offers, promotions, content, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities thereby generating demand
∎ Work with Logistics to streamline the delivery experience to the customer.
∎ Own and recap financial performance and metrics, and make strategic recommendations in order to achieve sales, sell-through, margin, and inventory targets
