∎ Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
∎ Exhibit cooking skills, knowledge, and food handling skills consistent with contemporary training and have the desire to learn more
∎ Excellent listening and communication skills
∎ Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing customized meal plans for Honorable director/s based on their preferences, specifications and dietary needs.
∎ Introduce new menu and update existing menu.
∎ Planning for meal ingredients as well as ensure the availability of necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
∎ Preparing meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
∎ Responsible for cooking and monitoring on all cooking related activities.
∎ Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.
