Responsibilities & Context:
Designation: PO - SPO
Key Accountabilities
Monitor recovery/regularization/rescheduling of NPL portfolio in line with Bangladesh Bank and internal guidelines.
Negotiate with clients and other relevant parties to implement strategies for recovery, restructuring, rescheduling, and settlement of classified loans and advances.
Initiate legal processing upon requirement & maintain relationship with regulators, law enforcement teams and lawyers.
Provide support, advice & guidance to the branches in recovery of the classified loans.
Monitor proper utilization of budget for special asset management and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank.
Prepare and present MIS, portfolio analysis, and recovery performance reports to senior management.
Coordinate with other divisions/branches when required
