∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have expertise in continental food with multi-cuisine.
∎ Estimate the daily production and check the quality of raw and cooked food.
∎ Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation.
∎ Assist Executive Chef to ensure that food quality and recipes have met the quality and standards.
∎ Responsible for maintaining highest standard of hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
