∎ Constant contact with the company`s headquarters in Warsaw/Poland

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Buyers Team as a part of the development of health and safety clothing categories. Constant contact and work according to the guidelines from Purchasing Manager
∎ Take full responsibility to coordinate special projects when assigned to
∎ Taking care of relationship with key suppliers
∎ Involvement in solving supply problems with the current production of NEO workwear
∎ Actively seek for the new suppliers - attending fairs, visiting factories, looking for suppliers on the Internet
∎ Factory audits - analysis and recommendation of the best suppliers
∎ Negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery terms, technical, logistics problems and other issues affecting the availability and quality of products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Availability - frequent business trips around and out of Bangladesh
∎ Knowledge of factories in the garment industry in Bangladesh
