Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender Analysis: Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to understand the scope of work and project needs.
∎ Sourcing: Identify and source the necessary materials, components, and services from suppliers and vendors to fulfill the tender requirements.
∎ Cost Estimation: Calculate accurate and competitive costs for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses involved in the tender submission.
∎ Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
∎ Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and well-organized bid proposals that include detailed sourcing information, cost breakdowns, and value propositions.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, including sales, procurement, and finance, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment in the tender submission process.
∎ Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry best practices to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimations.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure that all tender submissions adhere to company standards, quality guidelines, and customer expectations.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities, cost calculations, and communication with vendors for future reference and analysis.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-tender analysis and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement in sourcing strategies and cost estimation techniques.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience (5 years) in tender marketing, sourcing, and cost estimation.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
∎ Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in cost calculation methodologies and tools.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement practices.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimations.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
