Responsibilities & Context:
Our Company is looking for Three Support Executive to join our team.
- Configure Mikrotik routers and bring them online.
- Integrate Mikrotik routers and OLTs with our billing software .
- Make OLT accessible from third-party software, including billing systems and network monitoring tools.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues between Mikrotik/OLT and our billing software.
- Perform primary troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
- Provide ongoing support and clear communication to customers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mikrotik and OLT devices.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Cisco, OLT, and MikroTik routing and switching.
- Conduct optical fiber maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understand ISP operations and IIG-related tasks.
- Maintaining documentation for all configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to customers.
- Preparing regular incident reports.
