Education: Requirements: Diploma / B.Sc in CSE, EEE, Telecommunication or relevant field Minimum 2 years of experience in ISP / NOC / Network Support Strong knowledge of MikroTik, OLT, VLAN, PPPoE, VPN, Load Balancing Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques Ability to work under pressure and in roster duty (day & night shifts) Good communication skills with strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities & Context: Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Gender: Male only Location: Rajshahi, Bangladesh Job Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 NOC support and monitor network infrastructure Configure and troubleshoot MikroTik, OLT, ONU/ONT, PPPoE, VPN, Hotspot & Routing issues Maintain ISP servers, ensure network uptime and performance optimization Diagnose and resolve client connectivity issues (remote & onsite) Monitor bandwidth usage, latency, and system alerts Prepare daily network status reports and escalate critical issues when required Additional Advantages (Preferred): Experience with Linux server management Knowledge of Radius / ISP Billing system Hands-on experience with real ISP environment
