Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and revenue for existing and new products.
∎ Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, and team achievements.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
∎ Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Profciency in using CRM, project management and productivity tools
∎ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
∎ Strong understanding of the software sales process and experience selling complex software solutions.
