Additional Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases.
- Experience with ERP system processes, including functional workflows, data validation, and integration testing across modules.
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with automated testing tools.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with performance and security testing (a plus).
- Domain knowledge of Garments & Textile Industries (a plus).
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting (a plus).
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions through systematic testing and validation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and define corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Review system requirements and ensure alignment with quality assurance standards.
- Track and report on quality assurance metrics.
- Conduct comprehensive tests to identify and resolve software malfunctions.
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to improve overall quality.
- Run regression tests across the entire product.
- Perform white-box and black-box testing to ensure robust functionality.
- Implement automated testing to streamline QA processes.
