Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify appropriate software solutions.
∎ Manage the implementation process, including creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
∎ Communicate with clients regularly to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
∎ Provide training to clients on how to use the software and ensure their satisfaction with the solution.
∎ Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the software is functioning properly before delivery to the client.
∎ Document project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in software implementation and project management.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
∎ Experience in software testing and quality assurance is a plus.
∎ Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
