Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in CSE from any reputed University Or equivalent Degree is acceptable based on expertise and experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, customize, and maintain critical software programs and application systems across the organization, initially focused on upgrading and optimizing the existing ERP and Microfinance Automation Suite.
∎ Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.
∎ Analyzing data to effectively modification of existing systems.
∎ Have to follow the software development lifecycle.
∎ Maintain system performance.
∎ Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.
∎ Applying mathematics and statistics to problem- solving initiatives.
∎ Developing innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.
∎ Testing new software and fixing bugs. Developing ideas for new features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
∎ Troubleshoot, debug and updating exiting software
∎ Ensure successful transition to ERP system - data migration and integration, execution, overseeing its post implementation support & services across the organization.
∎ Ensure Bug Free Integration Related Development and ensure security check point to all integration related development.
∎ Build capacity of field staffs, end-users and the in-house ICT operations support teams to adapt to new technological changes through providing necessary training.
∎ Work with program support division/unit to assist them with the specific data needs and prepare various financial reports/raw data for management, audit or any other purposes as and when required.
∎ Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Software Engineer-ASP.NET, .NET CORE 3+.
∎ Database (MS SQL Server), Angular 8+, LINQ, SSRS.
∎ Must work as a full stack developer.
∎ Must have 3 years of coding experience in developing web applications with Angular, NET Core and Databases.
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
