Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Oracle EBS Inventory modules to support business operations.
∎ Manage and optimize inventory processes, including item master data, stock movements, and inventory transactions.
∎ Maintain and enhance the Item Master data structure, including item attributes, categories, and relationships.
∎ Configure and manage item relationships to support complex supply chain and manufacturing processes.
∎ Develop and support move order transactions, including pick, ship, and receipt processes.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to move order workflows and approvals.
∎ Customize Oracle EBS forms, reports, and workflows to meet business requirements.
∎ Provide technical support for Oracle EBS Inventory and related modules.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
∎ Document technical designs, processes, and user guides for implemented solutions.
