∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, IT Enabled Service
Job Context:
∎ Position: Software Engineer Lead
∎ Employment: Permanent Employment with probation period of 6 months
∎ Working Hours: From 8 AM to 5 PM (BDT)
∎ Office Location: Our office is locating in Dhaka, but under the COVID situation, we are encouraging the employee to work from home until the situation settle down
∎ Allowance: Sick leave, Transportation, Office equipment, Learning, and so on
∎ Bonuses: Bi-annual festival bonuses and annual performance bonus
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6+ years of object-oriented programming and software development experiences based on the mixture at least 2 out of PHP [Laravel], Python [Django] or React.js [Next.js].
∎ Experience of relational databases, system integration, service-oriented and web application architecture, responsive design, version control tools and third-party APIs.
∎ Experience of complex SQL queries and database scheme design.
∎ Decent commanding skill in container technology such as Docker/Kubernetes.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of the micro-service concept.
∎ Passion for coding, design, and web service development.
∎ Highly motivated personnel with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time and budget.
∎ Should be capable of handling multiple Laravel and Django projects.
∎ Excellent communication and team management skills.
∎ Strong ability to effectively mentor and lead a team, especially directing other members for the clean programming practice in code reviewing stage is highly expected.
∎ Work in conjunction with other developers, providing technical support, guidance, and professional growth.
∎ Ability to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
∎ Provide technical expertise across multiple areas of application development.
∎ Experienced candidates who have practically worked on E-commerce websites using the Magento or Shopify obtain a great plus.
∎ Experience with on-line payments gateways, Affiliate management system, CMS referrals system will be an added advantage.
∎ Example of preferred payment gateway: PayPal, Stripe, Google Checkout.
∎ Preference will be given if you hold working knowledge with on one of these MVC frameworks like CodeIgniter, Cake PHP, Yii.
∎ Familiarity with Agile project Methodologies.
∎ Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to motivate team members in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
∎ Japanese Language
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ Provided amount is not a finalized amount.
If we evaluate you deserve more, we will provide greater amount.
