∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, a solid grasp of PHP OOP, RESTful APIs, Git, and frontend best practices.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a passion for modern development are essential.
∎ Must have prior working experience in Laravel + React Developer position in any local or internation companies.
∎ Must have a valid NOC from previous company
∎ Must show previous work and prepare to explain them on interview call
∎ Must do a assessment task after shortlisted
∎ Backend: Laravel, Raw PHP
∎ Frontend: React, Inertia.js
∎ Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL5Deployment: Server management, CI/CD

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
∎ Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code across all projects.
∎ Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and architecture.
∎ Debug, profile, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
∎ Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
