Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand and analyze business requirements from clients.
∎ Understand process flow and business integration.
∎ Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
∎ Ensure developers have a clear understanding of business processes to transform them into system functionalities.
∎ Maintain project plans, schedules, and issue logs to ensure timely completion.
∎ Coordinate meetings between team members and stakeholders.
∎ Report project progress, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
∎ Have a strong understanding of SDLC and ensure projects follow best practices.
∎ Ensure quality standards are met at every phase of development.
∎ Handle change management processes between clients and developers.
∎ Prepare detailed documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
∎ Write technical proposals such as RFQs (Request for Quotation) and project reports.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager as required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the project manager.
