∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing UNICEF Bangladesh supported a project title "Child Centered Care Response to Rohingya Adolescents (Boys and Girls) in Cox`s Bazar Project".
∎ YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position.
∎ Job location: Ukhiya upazilla under Coxs bazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Social worker directly responsible to CM PSS supervisor.
∎ Social worker develop smooth relationship with all relevant potential stakeholders.
∎ Social worker should complete the entire task as per the guideline of his supervisor.
∎ Social worker ensure better counseling for his selected stakeholders (potential victim)
∎ Conducted advocacy issues need base and develop linkage with service provider for better service.
∎ Social worker responsible to prepare database on CM, file preparation and necessary others financial support for the potential survivors.
∎ Social worker also focus on counseling, mentoring, referral system and dealing with the survivor problem
∎ To manage case properly maintain confidentiality and fulfill her target in schedule time
∎ Social worker should submitt report to supervisor in time and maintain documents properly
∎ Maintain smooth relationship with GO/NGO and other authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 years job experience in similar function at any NGO
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect).
∎ Sound knowledge of community motivation
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 30,000 with other benefits as per project budget
