Familiarity with social policies, social inclusion initiatives, and strategies for improving access to social needs.
Previous involvement in projects related to workforce development, skills training, or vocational programs.

Job description:
Review of Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Settlement Action Plan (SAP), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) etc.
Analyze and assess the social impact and propose improvements.
Design and lead initiatives to promote social inclusion in the project.
Review and finalize social management plan submitted by the contractors.
Assist PMC in stakeholder engagement and consultation.
Support PMC for establishment of Grievance redress mechanism during project execution.
Monitoring the implementation of the SMP, ensuring compliance with social safeguard policies and commitments.
Prepare reports and necessary documents from time to time for submission to development partner, stakeholders Etc.
Job Status:Contractual/Full Time
Job Location: Dhaka, anywhere in Bangladesh.
