Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enroll the Domestic Workers (DWs) through area Mapping;
∎ Mapping the existing DWs groups, Network, legal service providers;
∎ Regular intensive door to door visit;
∎ Conduct group session as per plan;
∎ Conduct Follow up Meeting as per Plan;
∎ Liaison with local elite’s community leaders, employers and stakeholders;
∎ Maintain and keep update all kinds of register of the project;
∎ Assist different stakeholders meeting at community level;
∎ Assist Female Domestic Workers (FDWs) forum & Net Work meetings;
∎ Organize, facilitate and ensure the participation of DWs on the life skill training session;
∎ Prepare & submit the monthly report the responsible Project Officer (PO);
∎ Prepared need based case study;
∎ Assist community level campaign, cultural program, debate, quiz for entertainment of DWs;
∎ Assist meeting with Unpaid Care work/Reduce care work burden
∎ Data Entry with software. (Mobile & Computer)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years’ NGOs filed level experiences.
∎ Experience in programme development and programme implementation in filed level.
∎ Capacity to mobilize the DWs to ensure their participation in the project implementation process.
∎ Experience in preparing field level report internal and external donors.
∎ In-depth knowledge on women economic empowerment, informal economy, labour rights, private sector engagement, skill development training.
∎ Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 17472 (Monthly)
