Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
∎ Identify key social media channels and platforms that align with our target audience and business goals.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
∎ Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies into the company's social media efforts.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling social media campaigns and promotions.
∎ Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
∎ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
∎ Foster meaningful connections with our audience by engaging in conversations and providing timely and helpful responses.
∎ Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and amplify positive customer experiences.
∎ Provide regular reports on social media performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 03- 04 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a consumer electronics or technology company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
∎ Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
∎ Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
