- Education: Minimum SSC or equivalent.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries on Facebook and Instagram.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Monitor and report customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Engage with followers to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions.
