Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing static and video content for social media platforms.
∎ Managing and creating content for multiple social media pages.
∎ Developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to improve performance and engagement.
∎ Engaging with followers and responding to comments and inquiries.
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
∎ Collaborating with other teams to ensure social media initiatives align with overall business goals.
∎ Growing social media reach and engagement through various tactics and initiatives.
∎ Managing social media advertising budgets and tracking campaign performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have a PC/Laptop with Good Internet Connections.
∎ Have to attend meetings late night as the company is USA based.
∎ Good Communication skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be paid on monthly basis within 1-5th days of the month.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 75%-100% Festival Bonus. (50% during Probation Period)
∎ Additional Sales bonuses. (Not fixed)
