Job Context:
∎ International Customer Care Support in USA / Canada (Night Shifts Job & English only).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services / products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Maintain clear records of every conversation in our systems.
∎ Report Generation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have a Computer with Good Internet Connection.
∎ Good Quality Headset.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
