∎ Manage and grow EcomBloom’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
∎ Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) to attract and retain audience attention
∎ Host live sessions regularly to showcase products, interact with customers, and drive sales
∎ Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns to promote products and offers
∎ Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community
∎ Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and live streaming
