Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
∎ Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
∎ Create engaging text, image and video content.
∎ Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
∎ Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
∎ Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram adapting content to suit different channels.
∎ Develop, launch and manage new campaigns to promote organization and brand.
∎ To form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
∎ Undertake customer research.
∎ Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
∎ Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
∎ To analyze competitor activity.
∎ Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
