Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. This role requires an individual who is skilled in managing social media platforms, nurturing leads, and maintaining a robust online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely messaging, lead qualification, managing our CRM, and supporting our Digital Marketing Manager with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor social media platforms to ensure timely responses to messages and comments.

  • Nurture leads by engaging in meaningful interactions and moving them through the sales funnel.

  • Qualify leads based on specified criteria and ensure they are directed to the appropriate sales channels.

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with lead and customer data.

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across all social media channels.

  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and marketing activities aligned with company goals.

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with campaign development and execution.

  • Monitor social media for customer comments and queries, and respond promptly and professionally.

  • Analyze social media performance using tracking tools to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to improve overall marketing efforts.
