Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Publishing: Manage and publish original social media content (text, images, video) that aligns with the company’s brand voice and goals. This includes scheduling and publishing posts, stories, reels, and other formats suitable for platforms such as Facebook Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Audience Engagement: Monitor social media activity and engage with customers/clients via comments, SMS, and direct messages. Provide timely, relevant responses and resolve customer inquiries or issues through comments, calls, and comment replies.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic growth. Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to ensure social media campaigns support overall business goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to monitor key metrics like follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Create weekly/monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and campaigns.
Paid Advertising: Plan, implement, and manage paid social media ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase reach, drive traffic, and convert leads. Optimize these campaigns by analyzing their performance and making necessary adjustments.
Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices. Incorporate trends into content creation and campaign planning to stay ahead of the competition.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop a content calendar for all social media platforms to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Coordinate with design, content writing, and other creative teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
Influencer Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand credibility and drive traffic.
Crisis Management: Quickly respond to any negative feedback or PR issues that arise on social media, working with the team to manage online reputation effectively.
