Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed University.
∎ PGD in Social & Technical Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Group of Company and Multinational Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & well familiar with the same.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for audits like Social Compliance Audit, Technical Audit.
∎ Well familiar with ACCORD / ALLIANCE, SEDEX (SMETA), BSCI, ICS requirement.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditor's findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get objection of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers' compliance inspection & in a sustainable manner.
∎ Keep the legal and ethical integrity of the company intact through policy enforcement.
∎ Keep up-to-date with changing laws that affect the textile industry - local & international.
∎ Carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.
